• Two levels of certification for cosmetology educators across the country as "Master Educators" based on their compliance of 12 or 18 one-day modules of training required for this special recognition

• Introduction of customized consultation programs for schools, salons, and businesses that are designed to meet specific business needs and enable them to achieve their desired goals
