Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registrants who cancel within 8-14 days prior to a seminar date are subject to a penalty of half of their registration cost. Registrants who cancel 1 week or less prior to the seminar are responsible for the entire tuition cost (unless a substitute registrant is provided). Attendee substitutions or transfers may be made at any time, without penalty. The Career Institute reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule an event due to low registrations or circumstances beyond the control of The Career Institute. In order to ensure a participant's ability to take advantage of 14 day advance airfare, The Career Institute will cancel events no later than 15 days prior to an event unless there are circumstances outside our control. In the event of a cancellation, The Career Institute's liability is limited to the return of monies received by each participant only. We reserve the right to include a substitute trainer as deemed necessary by The Career Institute.
